Hello ReFi Community! I’m Nev and welcome to our ReFi Pro Investor Interviews series.
This week, I managed to sit down with two ReFi Pro investors, MikeDee and Kasper, to find out more about their background and experience with ReFi Pro thus far.
ReFi Pro is $ReFi’s on-chain institutional crypto asset management service. Targeted at crypto institutional investors, users deposit USDC into our vaults on the Ethereum chain for the ReFi Investment Team to manage and deploy on their behalf.

1. Tell us more about yourself and how you found out about the ReFi project and token.

Kasper: I’m a serial entrepreneur in the telecommunications industry, with a huge passion for crypto. I found ReFi through filtering for the FaaS category on CoinGecko.
2. We understand that you’re a large holder of $ReFi tokens (above 2.5 million). What made you decide to also invest into ReFi’s institutional asset management service, ReFi Pro?
MikeDee: I’ve been with this project since launch, both as an investor, and assisting in community management. I have witnessed the magic from the treasury management team on a daily basis since December. I have watched them in detail navigate the worst market I have every seen, while dodging every hack, vulnerability, scam, collapse etc. Huf simply has an unparalleled skillset in this industry. Since the inception of ReFi I always wished that I could give Huf my capital and have him invest for me. ReFi Pro gave me that opportunity.
Kasper: I’m always on the lookout for passive income opportunities. ReFi Pro is precisely what I’m looking for and precisely for this purpose. Moreover, the platform is secured by Fireblocks, an institutional-grade digital asset custody and security platform. It’s also one of the best of its kind in the world and trusted by many reputable crypto institutional investors like Crypto.com and Digital Galaxy. Knowing that it is highly secure is a huge plus point for me.
3. What is your investment horizon when you allocated capital into ReFi Pro? (i.e. how long do you plan to keep your capital in ReFi Pro)
MikeDee: My plan is to keep my original capital in ReFi Pro for 12 months and re-evaluate thereafter. I plan to add to my ReFi Pro position in future epochs.
Kasper: 48 months. I plan to deploy up to USD 75k into ReFi Pro.
4. How was the user experience depositing into the ReFi Pro platform? Was it an easy and seamless process?
MikeDee: I think you would be hard pressed to find an easier process in DeFi. It was essentially a one step process — deposit USDC and approve in your wallet. Thereafter, you’ll be able to view the current AUM of the fund on the platform.
Kasper: Yes, the entire process was very easy. Depositing was very convenient. It is also important for new ReFi Pro investors to have the ability to view the historical performance of the fund.
